A friend of mine..JC friend..same age..is now a MOTHER. She recently gave birth to a healthy boy and what does that make me? (US actually..*dear Khalawats..*) UNCLES and AUNTIES!! Haiz...
Here's where the best joke of the month comes! I went back that nite, and told my nenek, "Nek, kawan izal baru bersalin..boy." (My fren just gave birth to a boy) And her eyes opened big and wide..expression? SUPER SHOCKED. Stunned..She exclaimed.."HUH?!! Kawan kau beranak?!" (ur fren gave birth?!!) After 7 seconds, den it dawned upon me that the term 'KAWAN' with me and my grandma refers to Kamilah..Hahahaha...my poor nenek nearly got a shock of her life thinking my matair just gave birth to a boy!! Hahaha...sorry nek! I told her, "HUH!? Takkan la Nur bersalin nek!! Kalau dier yg bersalin lagik best! Tapi izal skarang ngah kener plankung ngan bapak dier!!" When's my turn to rejoice in having a baby??
But the most shocking news of last week came from my OCS buddy..my roommate for 6 months or more.
I sms-ed him, asking where our Ball was held last time..he replied..
Well, now he's married. Great for him. INsyaAllah i won't miss his open house which will be in ard 2months time. At AMK..At last he gets to move away from Fann Wong. Blardy hell..all 6 months when he slept beside and and also WITH me..(in Taiwan)..he NEVER EVER told me his direct next door neighbour was Fann Wong! Just because he is not interested doesnt mean it doesnt matter! (Actually it doesnt...) Cos he thought i was only into Siti Nurhaliza..HAhaha...
Haiz...so am i old? But im still 18 years OLD...
Another thing is...
Now im the leading scorer in the chartlist!!! Nurse dah kalah rabak!! Yesterday..after so long..i finally stepped into her house. Seeing (and sensing) the environment, it all seems like my coming there was ANTICIPATED. Everyone seemed to be waiting. Hahahaa....the mother (the one who 'invited' me to come cos the father 'dah tanyer' pasal me..) was already in tudung..that is not natural! Nearly everyone came out to salam me..and me to salam them.. in order.. Kamie (she didnt salam me..), THE Dad..followed by Khairi, the Mom, den someone cute and chubby..Afiq! And lastly, Nyai..
Afiq was cute! Noe what he did?? That boy was crawling..YES! Crawling out of the corner to take a peep at me. Hahaha...and all the while, he has sugar crumbs at the side of his mouth. Macam Kakak dier jugak!!! Hahaha...
Den it was the moment i dread...
Just me and her dad in the living room. It wasnt really a moment to be dreaded but one that i gementar lar sikit! Hahaha..it was silent for a while..den i decided to somehow break the ice sikit by asking him a qns..he answered. Den silence again.. He popped me another qns..i answered..and silence again. HAHAHA...luckily Mila came out early!!! Fuuuh...so we went out dah to go look for telekung for this little gal whom we've pledged to fulfil her wish. (cos her wish is for a new set of telekung..awww. The others all wanted barbie dolls and yoyos..BOOOO!!!)
Den after that, Mila's sis...Alea came to join us. It was her birthday too! Hahaha..cute girl..sikit2 mcm kakak dier arh! It was also Alea who was around the other time we went together to pick her mom. I think..boleh click la..it was fun talking to her. Easygoing and natural..which is ALWAYS great.
Hmm..dah la..
So bottomline is, did i fear entering the house? Hmm..
No, i jus didnt know what to expect..but if there is where i have to tread to be able to have blessings to go with my nurse, then there i shall go.. insyallah, one should not fear when one has pure intentions.
Like Ibu said.."Kalo dier sincere, he should not be afraid to come.." (somewhere along that line lah...) diriwayatkan oleh zola..
And LASTLY..Dear Khalawats..if you survive reading till now.. THANK YOU for the voucher. I have just bought myself a casio watch. I think its nice..I had initially wanted a full-metal one but noe was small enough to look good on me. The g-shock ones were nice but my cousin, si Samir tu..is already wearing that same model. Den i saw a very nice metal one with rubber straps! WOOOOOOOOAH! Even Kamie liked it..(dier ckp very manly..) Hehehe..she like, i like..so BUY la! YESSSSSAH....after years of not wearing a watch..im a proud owner of one 'manly' watch! I just cant stop telling the time now..and yes, everytime i look at it..i'll remember my Khalawat geng. THANK YOU!
