"I drive..you shoot.."
Hahaha....me..being always slow and oblivious. I just found out from the dad himself that he has become a dad! Ilham dah jadik bapakk yay yay... Harith Amani was born on the 13th of June this year... Hahaha..apparently i was hard to be contacted, as usual..hahaha... and i missed out this cutie.. haiz.
Congrats to Ilham!

2nd good news!
K2p recorded our second win-in-arow!! 8-1 was the unbelievable scoreline against an opponent that thrashed us in a similar scoreline months ago...comnination of drive, passion, determination, grit, great players, small narrow field, goodluck and badluck...all in one!
Hehehe..i managed to score one too! The equaliser late in the first half! hehe..first half ended 1-1..
Second half..i took over keeper's role..our supersubs enter..and BANG! 7 goals came in thick and fast... lucky or not, they all count! A comment i heard midway in the first half got me further riled on...
Go ajerrr!...diorang takleh last lama..
..from one of the players whom i do not recognise.. Haiz. We replied in the most stylistic of fashions. 2 each from Lat, Naufal and Rudy and one each from Suhaimi and me.
It was a great match! I hope taht Hafiz Ciner is alrite too..suspect him of fracturing his bone right above the ankle... haiz. That was the bad thing that happened early in the match.
Recap..
Just came back from kampung too the night before...you can read my lil sister's part of her story in her blog. She's Aisyah btw...
My version. I was co-driver cum reserve-driver. Sat faithfully committed to keeping my elder sis in good morale to last the journey driving so i wun have to. Part of my job includes changing radio channels to have morale boostings songs.. best if there are songs we can motormouth to! My job also includes feeding her the coke, passing the passports and the 'touch n go' card, filling the car with petrol and watch the beautiful starry night for her. Hahaha...lucky me! The night was beautiful...
We reached kampung at around 11.30pm... Wan (my grandaunt) was ready to welcome our arrival with open gates and kampung food! As usual, cik khidir was first to the food... Then, we chatted for some time. Aisyah and Sufia were already concussed on the mattress... Then, me and cik khidir decided that we wanted to sleep outside..though it's cold and mozzies vulturing around!
Woke up to the irritating call of Mr Rooster yang tinggal-atas-pokok! At one moment..it stood beside me and screamed (illetarally!) Haiz...started at 5.30am and finally i got out of the floor at 6.15am! Decided to join Wan looking for durians...hehehe.. Walked around with Wan through her 'garden' and then later on..my mom joined in to llok at the fruits ripening. There were mangosteens, rambutans, durians, petais and bachang (as in the proverb bau-bau bachang)..
So fun!
Toilet is your standard outdoor claustrophobic single celled squatting no lights cubicle that has no flush and no pipe piped in so you bring your own water and pail along...we call that, 'The Bank'. Quite fun actually...
Breakfast was roti chanai.. ok ok..in Singapore, we call those Roti Prata! Ordered 23 of them in total... malaysian roti prata tastes great..really! Light and fluffy and soft...ummm...still hot right from the pan! We are regulars at that shop in Rembau. Its beside the 7-11 at the post office area... We had breakfast at the veranda and took turns to bathe and wait for Pak Itam to join us from Shah Alam to go to the wedding together.
Wedding was ok..Wan and Cik Khidir presenting me with options of kampung girls for me to settle down with! Hahaha...Cik Khidir even presented me with the pros and cons! But i'm sticking with my mama...she's a kampung spirited bandar girl so i have the best of both worlds! There was Dato' Aziz Singah who is our relative by the way..the guy who is Hetty Sarlene's dad in Sembilu. Watched the wedding procession... nearly got forced to perform silat but i managed to squirm my way out...and especially so when the people did not perform silat but instead they performed some sort of dance...seated with glass plates in each of their hands. Saw a dead bird under our car and eggs nearby after that...poor eggs. But we did not kill the bird!! It was already bones and feathers. Slightly greenish...so it must have been dead for more than 2 days!
Then we visited a relative's house..and proceeded back to Wan's place. I drove that day cos Ain dun like small-road city driving...Ate more fruits and practically had picnic outside in the garden. It was sunny yet it was cooling due to the ample breeze. Then my mummy and me as well as pak itam picked rambutans to bring home. Ain hated the idea of having durians in her car but it went it still..now the car still reeks of durian. Now, i even fart durian, pee durian..i dun smell durian in my faeces though.. Hahaha!! Too much durian in my blood...need to curb!! Durian packs lots of sugar content!
Went home that night...managed to have A&W before we headed back...
What can i say...going back to kampung is always fun! Hidup anak Negri Sembilan! In NUS, suprisingly there's quite a few... There's Chong, Raiyan and Zahdan... Fazli (duuhh..) Anyone else wants to declare their Negri9 heritage?? Hollaa yah!!
Despite all this fun... I miss my mama...wish she was around with me through all these times. We're having a slight dilemma now on our studies.. after the clause we've discovered in doing honours. So two choice...get out with degree OR change major and go for honours..
Life is a never ending junctions of choices...
May Allah guide us all..bless us with happiness and health n protect us from the dangers of this world, physically or mentally. Help us become successful people in the world and after...
