The one when i ORD!
Hai!!! Today...i officially reached my ORD date! I am a free man lar sial!! Hahaha...received my pink IC after chasing people for signatures to signify a clearance that i don't owe them or SAF anything already! Clean bill of health to ORD..
CO, LTC Ng asked me just now when he was signing my clearance..."What comments to i have about my experience in 4SIR?"..my reply was quick cos i had this in my brain all the time..not many ppl noe tis except maybe my OCS mates.. I love 'cheong suah'! For those who dunno wat this means...Cheong Suah is the terminology used to define running in the jungle with camouflage painted on the faces and hands, fire-fighting with rifles and other gadgets and doing realistic battle drills (might not be tat realistic larr!). I love it..makes my NS time fruitful to be in the green uniform but yeah...as CO said..my batch..the 5 koteks may have come to the battalion at a bad time...NDP!?! Which turned us into admin freaks..liasing with people here and there, tons of paperwork that even the logistics side find it hard to keep up with our need for paper and printer cartridges!
But i will miss the clerks and colleagues i worked with..especially SICUS office and Charlie Coy..will miss my HQ guys. Sorry i couldnt Cheong with u all..u noe lar OC always arrow me do stupid n boring things especially sitting in the rover!! I honestly have the best and most able 84mm gunners in the entire battalion! Full strength and we can go on walking for Kilometers till the PC have to take over!! Haha..but nevermind..i strong! Naah..u guys are good and fun. Cant forget our times talking cock too! Take care..will thnk n pray for u guys always..
