Resolute towards my resolutions
This blog is a constant reminder to keep dedicated and committed towards my 2010 resolutions. Mainly, it was towards improving my fitness, health and life. Things have not gone as well as i wanted it to be in 2009 and my health and fitness went on a downward spriral was hard to bounce back on. Attempts to improve it were futile as discipline was questionable. I was also far too deep into my comfort zone. So 2010 is my year to jumpstart and restart my life, the way i want it to be.
