Remove 99% of the petrol in ur gas tank before u paint it for easier and less messier handling..luckily i worked behind the officers mess..got a lot of empty bottles.. 
By now..its nearly 23 0600hrs Dec 2004..1 day down. And i can only do it in the wee hours..no one..except the mess boy and the guards would see me..
